Return and Refund Policy

If you have decided to purchase from Themariashop, you should be aware of the return terms and guarantees. At Themariashop, we follow the current regulations in Spain to offer our customers a simple return and warranty process.

Returns

At Themariashop, we grant all rights of return for products purchased in our online grow shop. Below, you will find more information.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package to return the product in case of a change of mind.

In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the return is accepted by our team and received at our facilities, a refund of the returned product’s price will be made or the product will be exchanged for another product of the same value, if the customer so wishes.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received by the customer, unused and in its original packaging.

Defective Products

If you have placed an order and received a product in poor condition due to the shipping company, you have 24 hours to report it to the shipping company and 14 days to contact us by email.

If you receive a damaged package, you must notify the shipping company at the time of delivery. If any of the products inside are damaged, you should take photos of the packaging and the damaged products and inform us as soon as possible.

Most of the products available in our online grow shop come with a warranty, so please do not hesitate to contact us at info@deepskyblue-horse-393019.hostingersite.com, and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the customer reports that the material is defective but it is verified to be functioning correctly, the customer will be responsible for the costs of collection and shipping of the package to their address. Since it is a used product in good condition, no refund or replacement will be made.

Seed Returns

Cannabis seeds may only be germinated in certain countries where the law permits it, which is why it is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves about their country’s laws and act accordingly.

Themariashop does not accept claims regarding hermaphrodite plants due to the impossibility of determining whether the cause of hermaphroditism is genetic or related to growing conditions.

In case of error or dissatisfaction with the received product, claims will not be accepted for items that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with by the customer.

Claims for seeds will not be accepted after 3 months from the purchase date.

For non-germinated seeds, the customer must send the non-germinated seeds to our facilities with the original packaging and fill out the seed form (which can be requested via email). Some brands respond to claims about non-germinated seeds, and we must wait for their response so they can review and verify what may have happened.

Return of Mushroom Blocks

In case of error or dissatisfaction with the received product, claims will not be accepted for items that have been unsealed, opened, or tampered with by the customer.

Mushroom blocks are a fresh product and returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

As a fresh product, mushroom blocks are very fragile and, if not handled correctly, they may become contaminated if handled in an unhygienic manner.

Themariashop is not responsible for any issues that may occur during mushroom cultivation.

At Themariashop and on the packaging box of the mushroom block, you will find instructions on how to cultivate it for study purposes. If these instructions are not followed, the mushroom block may fail to fruit, and this will never be the seller’s responsibility.

Mushroom blocks are seeds intended exclusively for mycological, ethnobotanical study, or ornamental use. They are not for agricultural or food use. Themariashop is not responsible for any illegal use that third parties may make of these kits or seeds.

Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, without having been tampered with or used.

Returns of fresh or live products are not accepted due to their nature.

Opened products cannot be returned, except those that have a factory defect, in which case they will be replaced with the same product.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded, except when returning a defective product or an error on our part.

If the customer decides not to send the package for return, they may contact Themariashop to arrange product pickup, but payment must be made before the pickup.

Except in cases of shipping errors on our part, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred by the product return.

Once the return has been processed, the amount credited to Themariashop’s account will be refunded directly to your account as soon as possible, and in any case always within 30 days following the processing of your order, provided that the product to be returned is sent by you and received by us in the same condition in which it was delivered.

If you send your return, the item must be well packaged. Just as the customer receives a product protected inside another box to improve its protection, the return must be made in the same way in which you received your package.

Shipping Errors

In case of an error on the customer’s part, there is a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the order to make claims by sending an email to info@deepskyblue-horse-393019.hostingersite.com.

If the claim is made due to an error by Themariashop, we will be responsible for collecting the incorrect item and sending you the correct one at no additional cost to the customer.

Once the 48-hour period after receipt of the package has passed, it will be assumed that the merchandise has been received satisfactorily.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

At Themariashop, we understand that you may change your mind, so it is possible to cancel your order.

No product exchanges will be made due to the product not working with the user’s equipment or because it was not what the customer expected, after 14 days from its receipt. Please make sure to carefully read the specifications.

Themariashop is not responsible for shipments confiscated by Customs or other similar entities. Contact the authorities in your country or region for more information about the product you wish to purchase, in case of doubt, before placing the order.

Except for shipping errors on our part or defective products, you will be responsible for the costs incurred by returning the product.

Any package showing damage or issues due to transportation must be reported within the first 24 hours of receipt to the shipping company and to Themariashop.

Order Cancellation by Themariashop

Themariashop reserves the right to cancel any shipment under the following circumstances:

  • It is not possible to deliver to your location.

  • Stock is insufficient to fulfill the order.

  • Any product in your order is listed on our website with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or information received from the supplier.

If the store decides to cancel the shipment, you will be notified via email. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, with a maximum period of 30 days following the receipt of your order. In any case, Themariashop is not obligated to offer any additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Responsibilities and Obligations

If the product you receive arrives in poor condition due to the transport company, you must notify both parties via email.

If the product sent is incorrect, defective, damaged, or if an incorrect quantity has been delivered, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the package to report the issue and resolve it.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after payment, please contact Themariashop at info@deepskyblue-horse-393019.hostingersite.com. If more than 40 days have passed since placing the order, Themariashop will decline any responsibility.

If the customer reports any of the above issues, Themariashop’s sole obligation will be to:

  • Complete the original order with the missing products, at Themariashop’s expense.

  • Replace or repair defective or damaged products, subject to a technical inspection by Themariashop.

Themariashop shall not be liable to the customer for any indirect loss, damages, or expenses (including loss of business or profits) arising from any problem and is not obliged to pay any compensation, except for the shipping cost as mentioned in previous sections, unless otherwise required by law.

The customer must comply with and respect the laws and regulations when purchasing from Themariashop. The import or export of some of our products may be prohibited by laws in certain countries, and Themariashop is not responsible for such import or export issues related to products purchased by the customer.

Warranties

Most products come with a warranty. The legal warranty, according to the current regulations of the Royal Legislative Decree 2019/771 of May 20, for electronic products is 3 years from the delivery of the product.

During the first two years, if the product has a manufacturing defect, the consumer has the right to repair, replacement, or refund of the product, depending on the circumstances.

If the defect appears in the third year, the consumer still has the right to a solution, but the seller may require proof that the defect is factory-related and not due to misuse.

Products broken or damaged due to impacts, improper handling by the customer, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

All products are checked and tested (in the case of electronic products) by the team before shipment.

If a product replacement is necessary, the warranty will not be extended, but will maintain the same terms as the original product sent.

Returns and Warranty Exceptions

According to current regulations, the following products cannot be returned:

Items opened or unsealed by the customer. Packages of seeds, mushroom cakes, flowers, paper, filters, fertilizers, vaporizers, etc.

Organic or live items. Seeds, mushroom cakes, spores, etc.

Single-use products or those sensitive for hygiene reasons such as face masks.

Reading materials such as books, as they can be easily copied.

Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Cosmetics, oils, food products, etc.

Products that can mix with others, such as osmosis filters, charcoal, or clogged water or air pumps, among others.

Gifts included with every order from Themariashop are non-returnable and non-warrantable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
