Return and refund policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial returns will be granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Overdue or unpaid reimbursements

Articles for sale
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@themariashop.com and send your item to: THEMARIASHOP GROWSHOP C/DOCTOR SUBIROS, NUM 25 17709 – EL PERTHUS (GIRONA) SPAIN.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will be made aware of your return.
Returns
To return your product, you must send it by post to THEMARIASHOP GROWSHOP C/DOCTOR SUBIROS, NUM 25 17709 – EL PERTHUS (GIRONA) SPAIN. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
