Sensi Seeds Bank’s Ruderalis Indica captures the unique flowering properties of Cannabis Ruderalis, an original wild strain from Eastern Europe. By breeding her with psychoactive Indicas from the South, Sensi Seeds Bank has added potency to her. The result is a robust, particularly early hybrid that can thrive in just about any environment. Undemanding in terms of equipment, apart from pots, soil and fertilizer, the Ruderalis Indica will be generous even for novice gardeners.
Cannabis Ruderalis is famous for its unusual characteristics that allow it to reproduce during the short summers and despite the very harsh winters of its native land. Wild Ruderalis seeds can drop from a female plant and lie dormant on the ground, surviving freezing temperatures for several seasons, before germinating normally. Native plants go through their life cycle at a remarkable speed. In just 10 to 12 weeks, they can grow from seedling to an adult seed-bearing plant.
Even more interestingly, Cannabis Ruderalis is an auto-flowering strain, meaning the plants flower based on their age rather than the change in light cycle. With Ruderalis Indica, autoflowering is usually triggered after the appearance of the 5th or 7th set of true leaves, making her one of the only cannabis strains capable of flowering indoors, when she is grown near a sunny window.
Sensi Seeds Bank’s Ruderalis Indica has a lower THC content than most hybrids, with a comparatively high proportion of CBD. This means that she is an ideal strain for medical cannabis users. They can enjoy the many subtle effects of cannabinoids without being overwhelmed by a stone of a less delicate nature.
