The Penal Code, approved by Organic Law 10/1995, of November 23, 1995, establishes that the execution of acts of cultivation, processing or trafficking, or otherwise promoting, favoring or facilitating the illegal consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, or possession for these purposes, will constitute a crime.
