Dr. Grinspoon of Barney’s Farm, named for our hero, the brilliant “cannabis lawyer”, researcher and author Doctor Lester Grinspoon. It is a pure Sativa variety due to its genetic heritage.
This cannabis plant grows elongated and is large in size and spread. Dr. Grinspoon from Barney’s Farm requires a long flowering time. It is at the end, at the time of maturation, that the flowers become compact, sometimes adorning themselves with a pretty red-brown color, depending on the temperature. The flowers are covered in a thick layer of THC-rich tricomes.
The scent of the buds resembles that of sumac and lemon, the smoke is light and reminiscent of tangy, citrus and tropical fruit notes. Doctor Grinspoon offers a strong, long-lasting Sativa-like high that provides a high-energy sensation, the effect is very cerebral. This is a top notch old school Sativa strain.
